They continuously email you and will not stop. I did buy slip covers years ago which I donated as they did not fit properly at all and looked terrible. Did not hear anything from them until the last 3 months. Continuous emails even though I have emailed them and unsubscribed hundreds of times . Bad company do not go to their site do not give them your information. They are not a reputable company. They continuously email you and will not stop. Garbage, spammy, scummy.

From start to finish and beyond, Surefit is a surefire terrible experience. This company will harrass you with emails even after you've not only hit 'unsubscribe' many times over the course of several months, but even had their Help desk 'confirm' you were removed.

This is not legal.

I was their customer two years ago, but I will never again buy from them. The cover I bought for my couch was of poor quality and actually tore during set-up. You could see right through it even before the tear, which was surprising.

It felt like it was threadbare before it was even installed.

It was also just cheap fabric, cheaply dyed. The pictures do a great job of making the products look much better than they actually are

I have never had such a horrible experience with a company than what I am going through right now. I have a Sure fit cover on my couch, I need to use it as I have company coming. Sure fit does not give you any options when it comes to trying to work with the customer....

I purchased the two peice Ultra suede slipcover. I meticulously put the cover on my sofa it fit so beautifully after much care and adjustment.

Make no mistake it was a perfect fit for my lovely couch. I was thrilled. I had no idea that the cushion was going to be a nightmare. They advertise that the cushion will fit a "72 inch" cushion, should have been no problem as my cushion was 68-69.

But...when I tried to put the cushion in the sleeve it was like a cinderella wanna bee trying to put on the wrong sized shoe. It was the wrong size by at least 6 inches. The only way that this cushion would fit is to fold it in half. This cushion filled is 66 inches.

I called customer service, to report that I had received the wrong size cushion ( I thought I had gotten a loveseat cushion cover or a dud. They only want to return it with my paying for the return and restock!

SureFit did not fit... though my loveseat was within the measurements fit the cover.

Returned was tod they received them(2). I should see refund in 2 weeks. Never happened so contacted them again now they say 4 weeks.

Whenever I spoke to customer service, very rude. Don’t buy from this company.

A Complete Scam

This entire site and company is a complete scam. They are dishonest and always deal in bad faith.

With this company it s “Buyer Beware”. They are very similar to the scam companies that without authorization call you three to four times daily and they do not stop even when you tell them to stop. If you read the various reviews on any site about this company, you will see that almost everyone has a serious complaint about doing business with this company. No legitimate company will do the things that this company does.

There are many legitimate companies on line that Perot can deal with. This company is not one of them.

Took money but haven't sent the products

It's been weeks and I haven't received the products ordered or any type of tracking information. When I recently called Surefit I was told my items were back ordered and they forgot to send an update to let me know.

When I asked about cancelling the order I was told the products had just arrived and the package is now sitting on the delivery truck so nothing can be changed.

This explanation sounds odd to me. Why didn't they send at least part of the order if one item was backordered? Why didn't they acknowledge the back order? They said that they just put it on the truck?

What?

I wonder if I will ever receive the order. I'll follow up with BBB and consumer protection, but suggest that others be cautious before ordering from surefit.

Surefit - refund period way too long

I ordered a slipcover and some pillows. It took almost a month before they came in and where the wrong color. They did not respond to the website return to request a return label. I had to call. I shipped everything back. They did not receive the package for over a week and it will take another 2-3 weeks before receiving a refund. This product is expensive and waiting for a refund that long is a real imposition. What are they doing with the money? Not a good policy. If this refund happened faster, I would have re-ordered from them, but this is not acceptable so I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is NOT the same company I did business with about five years ago. That is painfully obvious. It feels like it was sold to a mom and pop who cannot manage their business. In times where internet business is so competitive, customer service should be their main focus.

The customer service is horrible!!! Ordered an item that did not fit, called and left messages, no returned call or e-mail and only had a certain number of days to return. Returned item with my own money with tracking and received a partial reimbursement. Would NOT recommend purchasing from this company. Will never purchase from them again!

Was Sent A Used Slip Cover

I ordered a slipcover from Sure Fit. Thought I would get a brand new one. When it arrived, I pulled it out of the package and could tell immediately that the slipcover had been used. It had been shoved back in the packaging in a big ball, with the instructions wrinkled up and thrown in the bag. There was lint, different colored threads and little pieces of wood chips stuck all over the slip cover. You could tell that it had been used by someone who decided to return it. I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for days, phone calls, emails etc to no avail. I have yet to talk to a real person. I would like to return it for a brand new slip cover.

8 weeks to process a refund, AFTER They received the returned product

I purchased expensive pillow covers that didn't match. I returned them. I waited for my credit. I waited some more. Then I called. Cust svc said it would be 2 weeks to process my refund. OK 4 weeks goes by. 6 weeks. Finally 8 WEEKS. So let me get this right. They have the returned product which THEY can resell for profit but still have MY $$. They finally return my credit but keep 18% for processing. I WILL NEVER do business with SURE FIT again. NOT the way to do business & not the way to compete when you have Wayfair, Overstock and many many others with other BETTER and FASTER return polices & YES I have personal experience with them!!!!

No one will answer the phone or reply to email or fax for a return

I placed an order for 6 dining chair slipcovers, they are not the color as shown on the website, these are much darker than expected. I call and call and cannot get to anyone on the phone. The website says you cannot return without a return slip from them and that you need to call to have them send it to you. Thats where they get you, it clearly says they will not accept any orders that do not have a Return slip that has been authorized by them. So they never sent me one because no one will answer the phone...so I emailed the request...still no response....Faxed the request...still no reply. Its time to forfeit the money they received from my credit card and by challenging the charge and then I will take legal action if it come to it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE YOU MAY NEED TO RETURN.

Potentially out $181.00!

Ordered a slip cover and plastic strips. Slip cover was a very poor fit and I was unable to use the plastic strips w/my Pottery Barn couch.

I was able to obtain an RA# without issue. I returned my product within 3 days of receipt. I have received a UPS receipt stating product was delivered to their dock w/employee signature. However, It's been 5 weeks and I have yet to see a credit.

I have emailed 2x's with no response and I have left 2 messages (during their business hours) as no one is picking up and I haven't received a return call. Very unprofessional! I would never order from this company again and I would highly recommend against anyone else purchasing from them. At this point, I am going to give it 1 more week and then try to pursue this through my credit card company.

Not sure that will be of any help. I am probably out $181.00 at this point.

Expected More

I expected more from such a big brand name. Upon the first washing the slip covers for 2 couches shrank so badly they will not fit anymore. I followed washing instructions exactly. They fit prior to washing but barely, even though I used their measuring guidelines. If they would have just made the covers a bit bigger to allow for shrinkage this would have helped. I am so disappointed and will not purchase from them again. Upon reading the return policy I see I cannot return them. So basically I lost over 200 bucks. I only had them a few weeks and have completely wasted my money and time. What a let down. Won't ever purchase from them again. Not happy AT ALL.
