Garbage, spammy, scummy.
From start to finish and beyond, Surefit is a surefire terrible experience. This company will harrass you with emails even after you've not only hit 'unsubscribe' many times over the course of several months, but even had their Help desk 'confirm' you were removed.
This is not legal.
I was their customer two years ago, but I will never again buy from them. The cover I bought for my couch was of poor quality and actually tore during set-up. You could see right through it even before the tear, which was surprising.
It felt like it was threadbare before it was even installed.
It was also just cheap fabric, cheaply dyed. The pictures do a great job of making the products look much better than they actually are

I have never had such a horrible experience with a company than what I am going through right now. I have a Sure fit cover on my couch, I need to use it as I have company coming. Sure fit does not give you any options when it comes to trying to work with the customer....
Make no mistake it was a perfect fit for my lovely couch. I was thrilled. I had no idea that the cushion was going to be a nightmare. They advertise that the cushion will fit a "72 inch" cushion, should have been no problem as my cushion was 68-69.
But...when I tried to put the cushion in the sleeve it was like a cinderella wanna bee trying to put on the wrong sized shoe. It was the wrong size by at least 6 inches. The only way that this cushion would fit is to fold it in half. This cushion filled is 66 inches.
I called customer service, to report that I had received the wrong size cushion ( I thought I had gotten a loveseat cushion cover or a dud. They only want to return it with my paying for the return and restock!
What. and she was rude

A Complete Scam
This entire site and company is a complete scam. They are dishonest and always deal in bad faith.
With this company it s “Buyer Beware”. They are very similar to the scam companies that without authorization call you three to four times daily and they do not stop even when you tell them to stop. If you read the various reviews on any site about this company, you will see that almost everyone has a serious complaint about doing business with this company. No legitimate company will do the things that this company does.
There are many legitimate companies on line that Perot can deal with. This company is not one of them.
Took money but haven't sent the products
It's been weeks and I haven't received the products ordered or any type of tracking information. When I recently called Surefit I was told my items were back ordered and they forgot to send an update to let me know.
When I asked about cancelling the order I was told the products had just arrived and the package is now sitting on the delivery truck so nothing can be changed.
This explanation sounds odd to me. Why didn't they send at least part of the order if one item was backordered? Why didn't they acknowledge the back order? They said that they just put it on the truck?
What?
I wonder if I will ever receive the order. I'll follow up with BBB and consumer protection, but suggest that others be cautious before ordering from surefit.

Preferred solution: Revise their return policy. Get a company that can conduct business on the current trend level or they will close.

Was Sent A Used Slip Cover
8 weeks to process a refund, AFTER They received the returned product

No one will answer the phone or reply to email or fax for a return
Potentially out $181.00!
Ordered a slip cover and plastic strips. Slip cover was a very poor fit and I was unable to use the plastic strips w/my Pottery Barn couch.
I was able to obtain an RA# without issue. I returned my product within 3 days of receipt. I have received a UPS receipt stating product was delivered to their dock w/employee signature. However, It's been 5 weeks and I have yet to see a credit.
I have emailed 2x's with no response and I have left 2 messages (during their business hours) as no one is picking up and I haven't received a return call. Very unprofessional! I would never order from this company again and I would highly recommend against anyone else purchasing from them. At this point, I am going to give it 1 more week and then try to pursue this through my credit card company.
Not sure that will be of any help. I am probably out $181.00 at this point.

SureFit did not fit... though my loveseat was within the measurements fit the cover.
Returned was tod they received them(2). I should see refund in 2 weeks. Never happened so contacted them again now they say 4 weeks.
Whenever I spoke to customer service, very rude. Don’t buy from this company.
