Sure Fit - Difficult Return Process
I bought a chair slipcover that did not fit my chair.The return process is difficult to impossible.
The order form said to click return at the bottom of homepage. This was easy. This leads to a very long page of return info/instructions. It says to 'click here' to request a return RMA which did not work.
Without the RMA it is not possible to return. I have lost the full amount of the item. It was never used and will now be disposed of. This was a terrible waste.
I do not recommend working with this company.Given that these products must be tried out to know whether they work for your home or not, this company has failed to meet customer's reasonable expectations.
