I ordered a slipcover and some pillows. It took almost a month before they came in and where the wrong color.
They did not respond to the website return to request a return label. I had to call. I shipped everything back. They did not receive the package for over a week and it will take another 2-3 weeks before receiving a refund.
This product is expensive and waiting for a refund that long is a real imposition. What are they doing with the money?
Not a good policy. If this refund happened faster, I would have re-ordered from them, but this is not acceptable so I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is NOT the same company I did business with about five years ago.
That is painfully obvious.
It feels like it was sold to a mom and pop who cannot manage their business. In times where internet business is so competitive, customer service should be their main focus.
